These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply when you create a Class Nest account or use the service. By creating an account or using Class Nest, you agree to these Terms.
If you register, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
Class Nest is for teachers and other educators. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You must provide accurate registration details, including your name and email address.
New accounts may include a free trial period. The trial length shown at registration or in your account applies. During the trial you can use Class Nest without entering payment details unless you choose to subscribe.
After the trial, continued access to paid features requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment provider (Stripe). Prices and billing intervals are shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund amounts already paid except where required by law.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
You agree to use Class Nest only for lawful educational purposes. You must not misuse the service, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorised access, or use the platform in a way that harms us or others.
You may enter information about your classes and teaching context. You represent that you have the authority to use and upload that information and that doing so complies with your school policies and applicable law. Class Nest is not intended for students to create their own accounts.
We own the Class Nest platform, branding, and materials we provide. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service for your teaching while your account has access.
Resources and tools are for your classroom use as described in the product, not for unauthorised copying or redistribution. You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a licence to host, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve the service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information, including billing data handled by our payment provider.
We may update these Terms or the service. We will take reasonable steps to notify you of material changes where required. You may stop using Class Nest and delete your account at any time, subject to any options available in the product.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. If your subscription ends and remains inactive for an extended period, we may delete account data in line with our retention practices and notices we send you.
Class Nest is provided subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
